Letterkenny Golf Club

Letterkenny Golf Club's 5704m course was designed by the now deceased famous Eddie Hackett and is par 70 with a standard scratch of 71 from the white tees. A very old 18-hole parkland course on the shores of Lough Swilly with an undulating layout. The first five holes are relatively flat, the final holes are played on a plateau offering the golfer panoramic views of the picturesque wooded landscape. The fairways are framed by trees and are playable all year round. A river that meanders across the course plays a role on many holes.
