We had an unforgetable stay. Respect for the hard working house-keeping-teams (presidential villa) Thanks to Mark-reception. EVERY day wonderfull and tasty surprises; love it! We felt like a prince & princes! Such professional and kindest people every day and everywhere in hotel; one big family! It made us feel very special. We visited this hotel before and selected it for a family vacation. From the moment you step inside you receive nothing but amazing service. We had and amazing room with a hot tub (the only part I felt let down with). The reserve area is well worth the price for the exclusivity and our elderly parents felt at ease. The restaurants on site offer a great selection and I can highly recommend the tapas for lunch. Dinners are an event and the staff are all so amazing. I would like to highlight 2 members of staff for their outstanding service. Afrika and Chandli really went above and beyond. Even though Africa struggled with her English she always made a point of doing her best.

This is our second visit to this AMAZING Hotel!! The staff throughout the hotel are first class. Nothing is too much trouble, amenities are top class! Rooms of very high standards with views of the bay. Food is top class with good selection on all meals. Everyone is amazing, we are well looked after. Carlos in reception has been a great assistant and is also our friend. Chandni from Guest Experience goes to great lenghts to make your holiday perfect! Cant wait to come back for the third time and meet you all again! Big big thankyou!

Spent a week here over the festive season, and New Year’s Eve too. Lovely trip with amazing food. Was so so impressed with the attention to detail on NYE - from a gift left in each room, the highly decadent buffet and amazing party hosted until the early hours outside. The setup was amazing too. The staff were all so kind and friendly, and the bar staff in particular were highly diligent. The fact that they tried making us drinks off the menu that we fancied was a lovely touch. They are all so highly skilled that everything tasted amazing! The hotel is in a great location with lots of things walkable. Loved the daily activity programme too, took some nice treats home.

I need to start the review by saying I have always been a sceptic of all inclusive holidays and wasn’t sure they were up my street, this was my first after my parents wouldn’t stop raving about it. Based on my holiday I must admit I was incorrect as it was fantastic from start to finish. The hotel is a masterpiece with amazing gardens sprawling through all the areas and a stunning pool area overlooking the sea. The food was fantastic throughout and gave a lot of variety (I have particularly high standards as a former chef so was pleasantly surprised by this). We stayed in the least expensive room and even that felt luxurious. I highly recommend doing some touring around the island (especially the Cesar Manrique spots) and the activities on offer at the hotel (we did glass necklace making twice it was so fun!). Finally, I have to give some plaudits to the staff - they were without a doubt the best bit of the holiday. Christina acted as a go to concierge the whole holiday and was amazing throughout. All of the entertainment team were great, but special mention has to go to Raquel who brought a positive fun energy to every interaction and was just a pleasure to be around. Beyond this, highly reccomend the spa where I had without a doubt the best massage I have ever had from Denise. Natalia (who also does a fabulous aloe Vera workshop) gave my pregnant partner a brilliant treatment too and catered to all of her needs and understanding and booking treatments is so easy with the help of Christina on reception. If feels unfair only mentioning the people above as everyone at this hotel is exceptional bar none! I rarely write reviews and this is the longest I think I have ever written - totally justified and I could write a dissertation on my trip!
