Sheraton Cascais Resort

Just finished a month long stay. Thoroughly enjoyed the resort. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Our suite was large, clean and comfortable. Rated the location as 4 stars because some people might find it a little out of the way. For us it was perfect. An easy hours walk into town and 15-20 minutes down to the oceanfront. For us, the people made the real difference. Everyone treated us like old friends and made us feel valued and welcomed. Lots of recommendations based on personal experience. While everyone was great Madalena and Joanna in the Glass Terrace were fantastic. This was our second trip and this one was even better than the first. We will definitely be back.

We celebrated New Year with my friend and we had a very amazing experience. The service was 10 out of 10. Everything was so great. The food was delicious and the package for the New Year’s Eve was really worth it. I definitely recommend for everyone if they want to celebrate the New Year’s Eve somewhere nice and Sheraton is the best choice that they can make. I was very satisfied and really loved the experience.

A stay at a Cascais resort was pure relaxation and elegance for our family. From the first moment, everything felt calm and refined — ocean air, beautiful surroundings, and a slow, comfortable rhythm that lets you truly unwind. Mornings were peaceful, days effortless, and evenings especially magical with sunsets over the Atlantic. The atmosphere combines coastal charm with resort-level comfort, making it easy to disconnect and simply enjoy time together. Warm, serene, and memorable, Cascais felt like the perfect balance between nature, style, and family comfort in Cascais.

Hotel is nice with good rooms and amenities. Having a car there is a must. Breakfast wasn't included in our reservation which was fine, but we were told it would only be 14 Euros per adult per day so we agreed to it. It ended up being 24 Euros per adult per day, which is absurd, and the front desk/reception wouldn't honor what they had told us at time of check in. Would recommend staying at some other hotel or Air BnB that doesn't charge resort fees just cause it is called a resort and ridiculously high breakfast fee. There are plenty around with much better locations.

We were greeted with superb hospitality upon arrival and checking in was seamless. They allowed me an early check in since I was a bit earlier than expected, which was appreciated after a long flight. Breakfast was fresh and delightful every morning and the Japanese restaurant attached is a great option when you don't feel like traveling away from the resort. Rooms were clean and equipped with everything needed. Strange occurrence: while dining at breakfast, my guest texted me that guest services came to "refill" the mini bar with candy that we had never seen and certainly had not indulged in. I'm wondering if someone in housekeeping is eating snacks and charging it to the guests account. This was quickly addressed and removed from my bill, ultimately. I can't say enough about engagement with most staff. Everyone was pleasant and professional. We'd like to send a special thank you to Lara.
