Tivoli La Caleta Tenerife Resort

We spent one fantastic week at this resort, and I must say that everything about this hotel is spectacular. Let me highlight a few things that made our stay so special. From the moment we entered the hotel, I was amazed by the beautiful lobby and the warm welcome from the staff. We were greeted with a glass of cava, which was such a lovely touch. Our room was fantastic and spacious, facing the pool. Even though we didn’t pay for an upgrade, we were lucky enough to receive a room with a beautiful view. All around the hotel, you truly feel like you’re in paradise. The amenities are very well maintained — the gardens, the pool area, and the sunbeds. There are plenty of loungers available, so there’s no need to worry about reserving one early in the morning. We pay a lot of attention to food, so we were especially pleased with the dining experience. At dinner, there were live cooking stations where meat and fish were freshly prepared for you, and all the other dishes were consistently delicious. One detail that made this hotel stand out was the fresh orange juice and freshly brewed coffee served at breakfast. It may seem like a small thing, but it truly makes a difference. If I may share one small observation for the management’s consideration: every time you order a drink, there are two prices listed — one standard price and another including the service fee. We always appreciated the service and were happy to leave a tip; however, the way it is presented might feel slightly uncomfortable for some guests, as it could be perceived as subtle pressure. Perhaps this could be communicated in a more discreet or sensitive way. I usually prefer to visit new places whenever we travel to the Canary Islands, but for the first time, I’m genuinely considering coming back to this hotel. It is definitely one of my favorite places I have ever visited — and I’ve been to many five-star resorts

This is our second visit to this hotel. The setting is beautiful, the hotel is pristine, the food is fantastic. Everything is incredibly clean and well kept. The staff are joyful, kind, and nothing is too much trouble. A special shout out to Brauliou (I hope I spelled that correctly!), who has made extra special efforts to befriend and play with our 8-month-old daughter at breakfast and lunch, she smiles whenever she sees him! All the staff are really wonderful. We'll be back.

We chose Tivoli hotel at Tenerife to spend the end of the year and welcome the New Year somewhere warm, and the experience truly exceeded all our expectations. Our family was delighted with the stay, and very grateful for the warm, kind hospitality shown by all the staff. The facilities were impeccably maintained, and both the food and service were excellent throughout our stay. If we ever feel the need to escape the cold of Paris again, this hotel will be the first place that comes to mind. A special thank you to Carla at the concierge desk, as well as another gentleman whose name I unfortunately don’t recall, for their exceptional kindness and support right up until our departure. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing family holiday here. Everything about this resort is top class. The service is outstanding – genuinely warm, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. Every member of staff made us feel welcome and cared for, with a level of hospitality that really stands out. The location is perfect: beautiful surroundings, calm and elegant, yet very well connected. It’s ideal for a relaxing family break while still feeling exclusive and refined. The food deserves special mention – excellent quality, variety, and presentation across all restaurants. Every meal felt thoughtfully prepared and consistently delicious. Overall, the resort delivers on every level: comfort, atmosphere, service, and experience. It’s rare to find a place where everything comes together so seamlessly. We will absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly high-end, stress-free family holiday.

Wow!! We have just returned home 2nd Dec after 9 fantastic nights.We had the most perfect stay! From check in to check out it has been amazing. The little touches like our glass of check in Cava we were asked if we would like another glass that's the first time a hotel has offered us a 2nd, arrived about 1pm and our room was ready so declined. The room a partial ocean view was just stunning, the bed was huge and so comfortable. Complimentary water was left everyday in the room. Turn down in the evening every night with chocolates and notes. We only ate at Guilty restaurant at lunch times but the food was always delicious. We had drinks in an evening on our way out at seen and we loved the beach vibe with djs or live singers but it was a lovely restaurant low key vibe not too loud. Pools were fantastic we used middle pool most days it was heated and quite chilled mainly adults as was deep from entering the water. Bottom pool was colder but nice once in and was much more suitable for children and thats where families seemed to go. We didn't use the adult only one even though we generally stay in adult only hotels as it wasn't needed we were happy around the mid pool. We saw reviews that said music was too loud we love peace and quiet however found the music around the pools to be absolutely fine. We were allocated a room to shower in on check out which was seamless. The whole of the hotel is absolutely spotless we couldn't fault our stay and already Planning to return. Our last stay in Feb was at Bahia Del Duque and we found this to be much more superior to there. Thank you to all the team we can't wait to visit again. Many Thanks Mr and Mrs Wilson Room 349
